But, I have to say, that while Tom was about to stroke out during this interview, Matt did a great job of keeping him in check! Grown Up Knits

I have a serious problem. I can't get through one project without wanting to start something new. I think on my next payday I want to buy Orangina.  Look how cute Purple Fanta looks on Carrie and Fuschia-gina is on Meg and how friggen adorable Pink-and-brown-gina is on Kat!

And I want to knit this "Not a Shrug" that looks so cute on Wendy (but it won't look anything close to that on me!)!

And I want to buy this cute pattern for the Knitted Bunny by Kate Gilbert.  Look at Leslie's bunnies!! 

AND I want to buy this Bobbi Bear and Baby Bobbi Bear patterns! Look at Missa's bears!

I'm out of control!  Aahhh...a girl can dream to be such a great knitter!!

No need to alert the authorities...

I'm alive!  I have been in pure work hell these past few weeks, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel! No, my current work hell won't be ending anytime soon, however I am **VERY** close to getting a new work hell job!! So cross your fingers, toes...and anything else you can cross!

I have a confession to make. I am addicted to MTV. But I am watching the dumbest show right now...Date My Mom. It sucks! All the cheesy dudes have scripts written for them. All the girls are dirty, dance for a living, wear bikinis on TV, have jacked up teeth, and are dumb as a box of rocks. "Jade" is the dorky pierced dude that is currently on and he's on a date with a mom who bought her daughter her first vibrator. And now I'm dumber for watching it...and you are stupider for reading about it. But it's like a train wreck, ya know? (Yes, grammar freaks, I know that 'dumber' and 'stupider' are not real words.) Unfortunately this is the third episode in a row that I have been watching. Stupid.

But I digress. I've made a lot of progress on Ruffles...and then frogged it for the 4th time. Damn! I suck! This time, I pulled the needles right out of the stitches and then when I tried to replace it, I dropped 2 stitches. Needless to say, Ruffles is on sabbatical. For an easy knit, I sure am f'ing it up a lot!

Yesterday I started to knit a baby blankey for Laura's Preemie Project...I'm kinda proud cause I've gotten pretty far on it! Here's a picture of the blankey taking a reading break. She can't get enough of that Katie/Tom scandal (did you hear that there's a contract between them that says there's no lovin, and she gets millions just to be married for 5-years? Hopefully she gets some good movies out of it!)

And, before I forget again, I need to post pictures of the very cute giftee that Suzie  sent to me...it was actually quite awhile ago now. I love it!!!  There's some Hello Kitty gum (it's already gone), some cute stickers, some note paper (they're stuck to my fridge), knitting needle checklist, and some cable needles (which is awesome cause my next project WILL include cables!). This is much belated, but thank you Suzie!

And last, but not least, I am sending off my SP5 gift tomorrow! I don't want to give myself away to her, so no details now, but I'm sure she's going to love it! I'm so excited!!!

Ahem, it's been a rough couple of weeks with Bachelorette parties, Graduations, tours of the midwest, and projects that came straight frome Hades! I have been slacking on everything lately, including blogging, knitting, and keeping in touch with friends, and Alcoholic Mondays....I promise to be back to normal soon!!!!!
