Two Thoughts

One reason I can't wait to move out of here is because one of my lanlords ('N') chain smokes Marlbro Reds and she sits on the front porch so the smell seeps into my livingroom or she sits in the back yard so the smell seeps into my bedroom. Hell, even when she smokes in their apartment upstairs the nasty ass smell seeps through my ceiling into my entire apartment! And this JUST occurred to me! Her partner ('D') had a baby a few months ago. Not to mention, N is pregnant and due in September (don't ask, their situation is a very very strange one).  Hopefully all the smoke doesn't affect either of the babies (especially since N has smoked all through her pregnancy!).

OK, that was my rant.

Here's something mad cool! I've been hearing about this Diet Coke + Mentos thing, but I just found the video on Boing Boing.

I have a case of diet coke in the fridge...all I need are the Mentos!

I stumbled across your blog while I was doing some online research. I just saw the guys who do the fountains with Coke and Mentos on the Today show. They were incredible. Makes you wonder, though, what happens if you drink Coke and then have that mint!
